What is the essence of dance? What exists beyond form and motion?
This workshop is for anyone who values movement and dance as a path to self-understanding—a way to expand personal limits, develop human potential, and learn to work with the body, emotions, and mind. Ultimately, it is an invitation to awaken and free your inner dancer.

What are essential dances? They are dances rarely found in conventional education. Dances that not only liberate, enrich, and empower—but also challenge us to face our reality:
our limitations, illusions, ego-centrism, our lack of self-awareness, focus, and inner control, and our limited sense of true freedom and conscious choice.
These are dances that require a certain maturity, will, courage, inner openness, and a genuine desire to evolve.
Through a unique approach, we invite you to discover different dance directions and their essential qualities.

During the session, we will explore:
* Humanistic dances (such as Argentine tango and contact improvisation) 
* Sacred dances inspired by G. I. Gurdjieff, Rumi, and the Masters of Samara.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event.
